He was a member of a field team in a secret agency which had never existed to the government. It was hidden in secret and had bases all around the world. He dreamt to be a leader of the field team but never listened to the leader and the board of the agency. The board decided to be picked who will be honored to be next leader of the field team, they picked Charles for the job. They celebrated and the board said to meet them in the board room tomorrow.
