Leadership By Inigo Bautista Grade 7 Quarter 4

 

                  

 

One day, there was a boy name Charles. He had long hair, wore, a long black coat with long sleeve polo. He was a member of a field team in a secret agency which had never existed to the government. It was hidden in secret and had bases all around the world. He dreamt to be a leader of the field team but never listened to the leader and the board of the agency. The board decided to be picked who will be honored to be next leader of the field team, they picked Charles for the job. They celebrated and the board said to meet them in the board room tomorrow. The next day, Charles went to the board room, for the first time, he listened and spoke to them. The board room has a round wood table with a hole in the middle and a space for the person to walk through, there was controls on the table connected to a tv screen to project the presentations. They asked to pick your partner from all the people in the field team. He picked his best friend since they were in the military to the agency and his name was Conner. He wore a necklace says his name, wore a leather jacket, brown pants and had brown hair. The board said that you have your first mission as a leader. One of the board members said, “Two trucks are moving with super serums and guards who are injected with them in their insides. How are they dangerous? It was because one punched a person and went flying through 7 people who were guarding the area and those 7 people were 2 meters away while they ran towards him.” Charles told to them that he will try his best so, he left the room and got the field team ready. They all walked outside to the plane and got their tasers ready with their jetpack. Once the plane flew, Charles planned the battle. Some of the team tried to give Charles a few ideas but refuses. He said to sky dive down to them and land on the trailers. The good thing was that every plane got a parachute for each of them. So, they agree on the plan, wore the parachute around them and their jetpacks under. The door of the plane opened and dive down where the pilot says that were the super group were. All of them jumped out of the plane and dive and saw the trailer of the truck with the group on top. They pulled the handle and parachute on to them. In a few seconds, they used the jetpacks. The group saw them and attacked. The team almost pulled the trigger when they tried shoot them with their tasers but broke them by the super group’s bear hands. One member of the group said, “The super soldiers will be the next generation.” One super solider grabbed Charles and then was saved by Conner but till one carried him, broke his back, and kicked him off the trailer. Charles got angry and made revenge so, he tackled him and punched multiple times. Charles ordered the team to kill all the super soldiers, but they did not listen because what their “leader” treated them. The super soldiers pushed them out of the edge of the trailer watching them getting away, breaking the jetpacks on their backs and one started to be malfunctioned as soon as one team field team member wore it off. Charles was mad and blamed the team by not listening to him. One of them replied, “That was because you didn’t listen to us, now here we were in your mess.” A vehicle called by the agency, a spy truck drove by just in time and everyone hopped on inside while they were mad at each other. After that, Charles was back in the headquarters, he was called to the board room and spoke about what the field team witnessed. The board knew that this would happen and that they tested him so they would see what kind of leadership was in him. “We did this so you must learn that leadership was not always easy then you imagine and that you are not ready to become one yet. But do not worry Charles, you still have a chance when you are ready. For now, get experience from your leader so that next time you become a good leader.” So, Charles was demoted back to being a member of the field team. He was listening to the leader to get experience of what was liked to be a good and best leader while on a mission like what the board said to do. Their mission now was to find and track the super soldiers’ every move around the world and tried to catch them on every known location they are in.  A few months later, the old leader of the field team retired, and the board said it was time to give Charles another chance to proven himself and he was promoted back to leader, while he had his first mission (the real one this time), he listened to few of the member’s ideas and used them to catch the super soldiers properly this time. Finally, they caught the super soldiers in an old, abandoned building with graffiti on the walls, their logo that looks like a silver knight helmet with silver horn shaped at the sides and red eyes. Charles avenged Conner of what they did to him. They put them to justice, then was sent to a high secured jail where they belong and placed the serums safely securely transported into the vault of headquarters so nobody will get it by the wrong hands. The board and everyone set a celebration
awarding Charles and his team in the headquarters for capturing the super soldiers

Charles loss.
